My family likes to eat in restaurants other than fast food
chains. We love checking out a
restaurant especially during special occasions.
Last Father’s day, we decided to dine and celebrate the day @Chili’s in
Powerplant Mall, Rockwell. At first, we
were hesitant to go in because we were afraid that the food they serve might be
too hot for our taste palettes. But then
the ChiliHead assured us that we could request for not spicy servings in our
order.
Chili’s Menu has wide range of choices. Since we are not big eaters, most of our
orders were only starters.
- Tripple Play – a combo of favorite starters that has generous portions of chicken crispers, buffalo wings and southwestern eggrolls.
- Fried Cheese – crispy breaded mozzarella cheese sticks
- Calamari - hand-buttered squid rings fried to golden brown
- Chicken Club Tacos – grilled mesquite chicken breast with chopped bacon, ancho-chie ranch dressing, diced tomato, mixed cheeses and lettuce
My personal fave was the chicken club tacos! Chili’s serving for each food choice is
generous enough and the price is reasonable.
After getting’ full, my children
uttered “Let’s go back here again!”
